Home Sick

Have you ever been away from home so long that your faces look like these two lonely cuties?  They were left with grandma and can’t understand why the kids that left them here have not returned for them. They have begun to love my lap and all the cuddle time I can give.  My much older dog tolerates their rough housing but is hopeful when her life gets back to normal.
Life stuck at grandmas house just doesn’t give us room enough to run and she won’t feed us any pizza….in fact we have not even smelled it cooking.  We are beginning to have pizza separation anxiety.  Hurry home grandkids n save us from the dog food we are stuck with…..
We promise to greet u with tails wagging, slobbering and jumping up n down.

Doors now have a new purpose in my house.  My daughter bought some old doors at an auction and made this one for me.  I love the colors, betina and glass knob.  She cut the door in half put it back together at a ninety degree angle and added shelves.  It really adds character to an empty corner of my world.  She gave it to us for our 42 wedding anniversary gift.  What a blessing.

I added some fall decor and the bottle pumpkin my little sister made me.  My family is full of surprises.. Behind door number 42.
